Dudley’s Discount Liquor is independently owned and operated. Dudley’s is the largest liquor store in a Sam’s Club west of the Mississippi River. We have wide isles and a large selection of wine, spirits and beer that allows us to serve you better. We are the only true warehouse liquor store in Weld County serving all of Northeastern Colorado, Southern Wyoming, Southwestern Nebraska, and Western Kansas.
Dudley’s staff is friendly, hardworking, dedicated. “Staff Picks” encourage you to take advantage of our sampling of many of the products we sell. Our great staff creates a warm and friendly atmosphere where customers enjoy shopping. With continual product education our staff can better serve our customers. At Dudley’s we are very serious about responsible consumption of alcoholic beverages and will diligently enforce our Underage Drinking and Sales policy. We have included it below so as to provide public knowledge of our policies.
Underage Drinking and Sales Policy
- The consumption of beverage alcohol has played an accepted and important role in the cultural and social traditions of both ancient and modern society. Dudley’s takes special pride in their commitment to promoting responsible drinking by those adults who choose to drink.
- Dudley’s encourages responsible decision-making regarding drinking, or not drinking, by adults, and discourages abusive consumption of their products. We urge adults who choose to drink, do so responsibly. Nevertheless, it is the obligation of each consumer who chooses to drink to enjoy beverage alcohol products in a responsible manner. - You must be 21 and have a valid ID to prove you are over 21 years of age to purchase anything in our store.
- We are legally required to prevent “straw purchases” when we have reasonable suspicion they could be happening.
- If you display any of the outward signs of intoxication, by law, we cannot sell you any alcohol.
We strive to apply these policies as humanly as possible, and will enforce them at all lengths.
